Why Do I Need a Logo?
Logos provide a unique, visual identity to your business. Regardless of your line of work, you need to establish an image which instantly tells your clients what to expect. The use of a logo is a brilliant marketing tool. It has been used for many years to assist in product identity, recognition, and association. In a subtle way, a logo will promote your product. How Do I Choose My Image?
Many of our clients have no idea where to begin. Just provide us with as much information as possible on the Order Form and allow us to design several logo suggestions for your review. Once you see a few samples, you'll know immediately which ones work and which ones don't.
How Long Will it Take?
Our staff members are ready to provide a draft within 3 to 7 days of your order. We work around the clock and will create as many samples as needed until you are completely satisfied with your new logo. Once the draft has been approved, you'll have the revised version in a matter of days.
Where Can I Use My Logo?
Anywhere. It's yours. You own the copyright. We will send you a MAC / PC compatible electronic file of your logo, which can be used on your:
- Website
- Stationary
- Business Cards
- Desktop Publishing
- Advertisements

How Do I Begin?
We are entirely automated to provide 24-hour service to our clients all over the world. Begin by answering as many questions as possible on our Order Form. The results can be sent through the website or by fax. Our e-commerce partner is also available to take phone orders. Call our toll-free number (800-903-4152) in U.S. and Canada.
Once received, we will create sample logos for you to review. All of our work is accessible by using our Client Area, a password protected section of our website reserved for client review of work in progress.
How Do I View My New Logo?
Our logos are created in bitmap (.bmp) and scalable vector graphic files (.svg). We will send you both formats. You can view these in any popular graphics software program, such as:

- ACDSee®
- MS Paint®

No problem. We are very flexible and understand that sometimes an order needs to be cancelled. We ask that you review our Service Terms and honor the small fees which would apply.
